Gallery and media

Gallery is the project photo and video library. Items usually come from report questions or task attachments.

Why it matters

Gallery is how teammates review visual evidence without opening every report.

Web: open Gallery in the project sidenav. Browse and filter media, open an item for details and reactions, and use Request Photo to request a zip. Track requests under Downloads. Download links stay available for 7 days.
Mobile: open the Gallery tab. You can filter (including by store), open a preview, add comments or reactions, share, and edit a photo with the built-in editor when that action is available. Very large files (over 100 MB, up to 150 MB) may take longer to upload and can be rejected if they exceed the limit.
