Use AI analysis (when enabled)

Some organizations enable AI features to help analyze report media or summarize report content.

Who can do this​

Users in tenants where AI is enabled, and whose screens show AI actions or policy prompts.

Before you begin​

  • Your organization must enable AI for the tenant
  • You may need to accept an AI policy the first time you use it

Steps — Web​

  1. Open a report or media experience where AI actions appear (wording varies by feature).
  2. If prompted, review and accept the AI policy.
  3. Start the analysis or summary from the on-screen control.
  4. Wait for results to appear on the page. Progress may update while processing.

What happens next​

Results are shown in the report or analysis UI. You may be able to provide feedback when that control is offered.

AI entry points and button labels vary by feature and tenant. The web guide does not name every control. This page does not invent those steps or claim a specific analysis type is available to you.

Troubleshooting​

  • No AI controls visible — AI may be disabled for your organization, or your permission group does not include it.
  • Analysis does not finish — try again later, or contact support if it continues.
